ニセコ近郊に20数年住んでいた両親を訪ねるため、コロナ禍の数年を除き毎年夏と冬に1週間弱ずつニセコを訪れていました。
両親が引越した後の実家の片付けや空き家になることを回避する試みのため、2024年は月に半分ほどニセコに住むという2拠点生活もしていました。
場所はニセコ町でも倶知安町でもありませんが、便宜上ここでは単に「ニセコ」と表記します。
こうした事情からニセコ周辺を訪れることが多い執筆者が感じたこと、気づいたことなどを書いて行きます。
To visit my parents, who had lived near Niseko for more than 20 years, I visited Niseko for less than a week every summer and winter for the last decade, except for a few years during the Corona disaster.
In an attempt to clear out my parents’ house after they moved out and avoid it becoming empty, I also lived in Niseko for half a month in 2024, living in two places.
The location is neither Niseko Town nor Kutchan Town, but for simplicity’s sake we will simply refer to it as ‘Niseko’.
For these reasons, the author, who often visits Niseko, will write about his impressions and findings.
